HE institutions have traditionally been less receptive to the approach taken by commercial organizations that, rather than merely acting defensively, they have much to learn from customers' complaints. With the current rise in costly litigation by dissatisfied research students, we are joined by two eminent lawyers who have acted, inter alia, for a large number of such students, frequently successfully.

  • What can HEIs learn from their experience?

Participants are invited to share topics and problems of interest to their institution.
