CANCELLATION
PROTECTION COVER
We offer UK residents the opportunity to protect your
seminar fees and travel costs if you are forced to cancel your booking at
short notice. (If you are not a UK resident, contact Poole Martin Limited
below.)
Please read the following conditions carefully and contact Poole Martin Limited if you have any concerns
SUMMARY OF COVER
Protection of fees and committed travel costs up to
£650.00 in the event of cancellation due to: Death, bodily injury
of illness of the person booked or their close family; Redundancy
of the person booked; Summoning to jury service of the person booked; Major
damage or burglary at the home or place of business of the person booked;
Adverse weather conditions making it impossible for the person booked to
travel; Unforeseen occupational posting for employed persons (not applicable
to self-employed persons); Theft of the private motor vehicle of the person
booked; Strikes, locked out workers, industrial action, riots.
EXCLUSIONS
1. Booking or commencement of a course contrary to medical advice, or to
obtain medical treatment or after a terminal prognosis has been made
2. Pregnancy and childbirth
3. Any condition or set of circumstances which could reasonably have been
expected to give rise to cancellation or curtailment
4. The first £20.00 will be deducted from each covered person
5. Any claim(s) due to an act of terrorism involving the use or release
or the threat thereof of any nuclear weapon or device or chemical or biological
agent.
When making a claim, it will be necessary to produce
a medical or other appropriate certification
The full terms and conditions and exclusions of the Cancellation Protection
Cover will be sent out with the booking confirmation. The full wording is
