To help you examine your strategic options
we ask our speakers to assist in evaluating in a co-operative
and confidential atmosphere the challenges to, and
opportunities for, your own institution.

For each seminar the number of
participants is strictly limited, and the sessions, unlike
those at a traditional conference, encourage active
participation, constructive collaboration and pooling of ideas.
When you book a place, you will be asked
to indicate any special interests, and three weeks before the
seminar you will be invited to provide a brief summary of a
specific issue facing you or your institution that you would
like discussed. We convert this into a 'living case study' or
'briefing'.
In the second half of
the seminar, while you join a team
(the 'consultants') examining cases suggested by other participants (the 'clients'), another team of colleagues will address the one you have outlined. During the final plenary session each team will present their conclusions and advice. << Back
