Missenden Abbey, the
location for most of the Centre’s courses, is a combination of
historical charm equipped with modern residential training facilities.
You will get a warm reception when you arrive.
There is car parking inside the grounds and you are welcome to come
early to read, relax or catch up with your work. Your delegate pack
will be waiting.
You can explore the gardens and have some tea on
the terrace. Our Reception is normally in the Garden Room. You may like
a game of croquet if the weather is fine. We can provide tuition for
beginners. In addition to croquet there are a mini gym, sauna,
volleyball and pitch and putt. There are a pool table, board games and
a satellite television in the bar.
The Centre uses some of the 21 purpose built
meeting rooms for our seminars. Each room is equipped with excellent
audio visual equipment, backed up by first class on-site technical
support.
Missenden Abbey has 56 en-suite study bedrooms
quietly situated overlooking the terrace and ornamental pool. Each room
has a television, hair dryer, radio, tea and coffee making facilities
and telephone. Twin rooms can be reserved if required.
You will enjoy our home cooked fresh food. We
start with a champagne reception followed by dinner. Let us know about
any special dietary requirements. One of our chefs specialises in
vegetarian cooking.
